Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Timeframes
Standard Shipping (Australia): 2–6 business days
Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days (next business day delivery may be available within the Express Post network if lodged before cut-off times)
International Shipping: Varies by destination. Express services may take 3–10 business days. Standard international shipping may take several weeks.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Mishka’s Balm is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact info@mishkasbalm.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to assist you.
